M-Bus-LoRa Bridge ACR-CV-101L-M-D
M-Bus-LoRa Bridge ACR-CV-101L-M-D
Remote data readings from M-Bus meters The M-Bus to LoRaWAN converter finds its application mainly in meter and calorimeter readings, typically in heating plants and district heating stations. In the field of district heating stations, effective monitoring and management of heat meters play a vital role in heat production, optimizing energy consumption and increasing overall operational efficiency. Lobaro Wireless M-Bus Bridge for LoRaWAN® Networks V3
Lobaro Wireless M-Bus Bridge for LoRaWAN® Networks V3
The Lobaro wireless M-Bus (WM-Bus) to LoRaWAN® Bridge is a cost-effective and energy-efficient device that connects one or more WM-Bus-based utility meters to a LoRaWAN® network. It transparently receives complete Wireless M-Bus telegrams (FSK radio modulation) from meters and forwards them via LoRaWAN® networks (LoRaWAN® radio modulation) to the internet.LoRaWAN® enables internet connectivity with ranges of up to 10 kilometers between the transmitter and gateway antenna—without the typical cellular costs associated with traditional smart metering solutions. Unlike cellular networks, it is also easy to install your own gateways. This explains the significantly lower operating costs of the Lobaro Bridge compared to conventional remote meter reading via GPRS/LTE networks.Alternatively, only specific consumption values can be transmitted to minimize the data volume sent over LoRaWAN®. In this configuration, the Lobaro Bridge filters the received wMBUS data directly on the device. This allows wireless M-Bus (WM-Bus) data from a large number of meters to be transmitted over LoRaWAN®’s long ranges and centrally collected and processed.Note: Please order a suitable battery and, if required, a configuration cable for Lobaro sensors separately.

Lobaro wM-BUS over LoRaWAN Bridge
Lobaro wM-BUS over LoRaWAN Bridge
Wireless M-Bus Bridge for LoRaWAN® networks from Lobaro  The Lobaro wireless MBUS (wMBUS) to LoRaWAN Bridge is a low-cost & energy-saving device that connects one or more wMBUS based meters to a LoRaWAN network. Complete wireless M-Bus telegrams (FSK radio modulation) from consumption meters are received transparently and forwarded via LoRaWAN networks (LoRa radio modulation) downstream to the Internet. LoRaWAN allows connections to the Internet with ranges of up to 10 kilometers between transmitter and gateway antenna - without the usual costs for GSM connections that is used in classic smart metering solutions. In contrast to mobile communications, it is also easy to install your own gateways. This explains the much lower operating costs with the Lobaro Bridge compared to conventional remote reading of consumption meters via GPRS/LTE networks. Alternatively, only very specific consumption values can be forwarded in order to minimize the amount of data transmitted via LoRa. In this configuration the Lobaro Bridge filters the receiving wMBUS data on the device. Wireless M-Bus (wMBUS) data can also be transmitted over the high radio ranges supported by LoRaWAN and collected or processed centrally. Hint: Please order the appropriate battery and configuration cable for Lobaro sensors separately.
