Product complaint

Would you like to complain about a defective product? Then please use our form below and fill out the error description completely. Once we receive your request, we will check it and you will receive all the information and documents you need for your return as quickly as possible. Please do not return your package to us without prior request.

After receiving your return, we will check whether it is a legitimate complaint. If this is the case, we will of course issue a refund for the total value of your order including the shipping costs paid, or send you a replacement item (depending on your request). Please note, however, that you will always bear the costs for the return yourself. If the complaint is not justified, we will charge you additional costs for the effort incurred, depending on the device being tested. You will receive more detailed information about this after your complaint request together with the documents for your return.
