The "WATERLEAK SPOT" is a ready-to-use IoT sensor designed for reliable detection of water leaks at specific monitoring points. The device combines a dry-contact transceiver with an integrated water leak sensor and comes preconfigured for quick and easy installation.
It is ideally suited for monitoring critical areas in buildings, technical rooms, industrial facilities, and infrastructure where early detection of water ingress is essential to prevent damage.
Thanks to modern wireless technologies such as LoRaWAN® or Sigfox, the WATERLEAK SPOT transmits data reliably in near real time. It supports both event-driven and periodic data transmission, ensuring flexible and efficient monitoring.
A key highlight is its four configurable inputs/outputs, enabling advanced control and monitoring functions. For example, an output can be triggered directly by a change in an input state, or the time spent in a specific state can be recorded. When used with LoRaWAN® Class C, near real-time control is also possible.
With a battery lifetime of over 15 years (depending on version and configuration), the sensor is extremely low-maintenance and designed for long-term deployment. Configuration can be performed locally or remotely, providing maximum flexibility in operation.
The WATERLEAK SPOT is compatible with KARE and available in multiple radio versions.
