PLEASE NOTE!
There will be NO PART DELIVERY => Only COMPLETE DELIVERY of your respective order.
The estimated delivery time of your order is based on the availability of ALL individual items in an order.
The following terms and conditions apply:
Dispatch conditions
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: EU countries (from 01.01.2021 exclusive United Kingdom of Great Britain), Switzerland (CH) and Lichtenstein (LIE). If you would like to receive delivery to another country, please contact us via our contact form or via e-mail to shop@zenner.com.
Dispatch costs (excl. VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:
The shipping costs for the delivery are calculated according to the following flat rates (net plus according taxes). All deliveries are sent by DHL, DPD or Schenker.
Within Germany:
Without dangerous goods / with dangerous goods (e.g. for products with lithium-ion batteries with over 2gr per battery)
- Orders from 0 to 31.5 kg = 8,00 €
- Dangerous goods can be shipped without islands (which can only be reached by sea or air) and only comply with the small quantity regulation (LQ = Limited Quantities) packed in limited quantities.
From an total order value of 750,00 € gross we deliver free of charge within Germany.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:
The shipping costs for the delivery are calculated according to the following flat rates (net plus according taxes). All deliveries are sent by DHL, DPD or Schenker.
In the EU:
Without dangerous goods
- Orders from 0 to 5 kg = € 15.00
- Orders over 5 kg to 10 kg = € 20.00
- Orders over 10 kg to 20 kg = € 30.00
- Orders over 20 kg to 31.50 kg = € 45.00
With dangerous goods (e.g. for products with lithium-ion batteries with over 2gr per battery)
- Orders from 0 to 31.5 kg = from € 60.00
- Dangerous goods shipments only comply with the small quantity regulation (LQ = Limited Quantities) packed in limited quantities.
- NO shipping to islands that can only be reached by sea or air, e.g. Azores, Balearic Islands, Madeira, Corsica Spitsbergen and some Danish islands)
Deliveries to Switzerland or Lichtenstein:
Without dangerous goods
- Orders from 0 to 5 kg = € 20.00
- Orders over 5 kg to 10 kg = € 25.00
- Orders over 10 kg to 20 kg = € 32.00
- Orders over 20 kg to 31.50 kg = € 45.00
- plus customs clearance costs of € 26.00
With dangerous goods (e.g. for products with lithium-ion batteries with over 2gr per battery)
- Orders from 0 to 31.5 kg = € 80.00
- excl. Customs clearance costs of € 50.00
Please note that every shipment from abroad is subject to customs duties and VAT. In postal traffic, the customer is considered an importer and is obliged to pay the sums due.
These are collected by Swiss Post when the shipment is delivered. You can find more details on the website of the Federal Customs Administration.
Accepted Payment options
All payments are processed as PayPal - Service (you do not need a PayPal account):
Purchase on account, SEPA, credit card, PayPal
The following payment options are available for customers with company headquarters and billing address in Germany.
Purchase on account up to 1.500 Euro (gross incl. shipping costs) per order
SEPA up to 5.000 Euro (gross incl. shipping costs) per order
Credit card up to your respective card limit
PayPal up to your PayPal account limit. This will be checked by PayPal during the transaction.
For customers with company headquarters and billing address outside of Germany, the following payment options are available:
