Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Slowenien, Belgien, Niederlande, Bulgarien, Portugal, Luxemburg, Irland, Spanien, Lettland, Kroatien, Polen, Griechenland, Rumänien, Italien, Litauen, Tschechien, Estland, Frankreich, Schweden, Slowakei, Dänemark, Finnland, Malta, Österreich.

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:

PLEASE NOTE! 

There is NO PART DELIVERY => Only COMPLETE SHIPPING of your respective order. 

The estimated delivery time of your order depends on the availability of ALL individual items in an ORDER.

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

Shipping costs for delivery are calculated according to the following flat rates (net)plus applicable VAT. All deliveries are sent by DHL, DPD or Schenker. 

Within Germany: With/without dangerous goods (e.g. for products with lithium-ion batteries with more than 2 gr per battery).
- Orders from 0 to 31.5 kg = 8.00 €.
- No dangerous goods shipping to islands (which are only accessible by sea or air) and only packed in limited quantities according to the small quantity regulation (LQ = Limited Quantities). 

From a total order value of 750 € gross, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

The shipping costs for delivery are calculated according to the following flat rates. All deliveries are made by DHL, DPD or Schenker. 

Within the EU:
Without dangerous goods
- Orders from 0 to 5 kg = 15,00 €
- Orders over 5 kg up to 10 kg = 20,00 €
- Orders over 10 kg up to 20 kg = 30,00 €
- Orders over 20 kg up to 31.50 kg = € 45.00 

With hazardous goods (e.g. for products with lithium-ion batteries with more than 2 g per battery)
- Orders from 0 to 31.5 kg = from € 60.00
- Hazardous goods shipping only in accordance with the small quantity regulation (LQ = Limited Quantities) packed in limited quantities.
- NO shipping to islands that can only be reached by sea or air, e.g. Azores, Balearic Islands, Madeira, Corsica Spitsbergen and some Danish islands).

Please note, every shipment from abroad is subject to customs and VAT. In postal traffic, the customer is considered the importer and is obliged to pay the amounts due.
These are collected by Swiss Post upon delivery of the consignment. Further information can be found on the website of the Federal Customs Administration.

The individual payment methods via "PayPal" will be displayed to you under a correspondingly designated button on our Internet presence as well as in the online ordering process. "PayPal" may use other payment services for payment processing; if special payment conditions apply, you will be informed of these separately.
